Environmental Protection Technician



Enforcement Jobs is a leading recruiter in the enforcement work sector providing regulators, local authorities and private companies with candidates with experience in environmental crime, environmental health, trading standards, highways enforcement, licensing, planning, parking and civil enforcement.



An environmental Protection Technician is required in the East Midlands



The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of inspections, surveys and technical and investigate functions associated with the work of the section.



Main duties include:



·Investigation of service requests relating to pollution control, public health drainage and other environmental health related issues



·Air pollution/ environmental monitoring



·Identification and assessment of contaminated land



·Assist the Environmental Protection Manager in health and safety requirements



An environmental protection related qualification needed.



Prior experience would be advantageous.



Contract role.
