The Position:



An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager/Operations Manager to join a leading supply teacher recruitment business based in the East Midlands. Reporting to the Operations Director the position requires a strong recruitment professional who understands the fundamentals of temporary recruitment to join and lead an experienced team. Strong sales, negotiation and person management skills are pivotal to the role, as well as being responsible for sales and marketing budget, staff training and development and strategic business growth. The position also offers excellent career development as new positions will need to be created to support business expansion and market growth.

The Successful Candidate:



Would ideally possess a proven track record of achievement within the Education Recruitment sector and either be experienced in leading a team or understand the fundamentals of Branch Management. The position would suit an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager who is seeking an exciting new challenge or an Acting Team Manager/Senior Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate must definitely possess enthusiasm, drive and passion for what they do, as well as being highly organised, able to problems solve and build positive working relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.



Branch opens 7am to 5.30pm during term time with reduced hours in school holidays. The position offers a highly competitive basic salary and benefits scheme as well as a positive working environment.
