Senior / Principal Transport Planner



Due to recent promotions, my client urgently seek a qualified, experienced Senior or Principal Transport Planner / Modeller.



My client, an internationally renowned multidisciplined consultancy, are looking to grow their specialist Traffic and Transport office in the centre of Birmingham.



They require a Chartered Transport Planner with extensive experience in the development of Policy appraisals and Travel Plans.



It is essential that you have an excellent understanding and awareness of the UK Transport industry, including Transport Assessments, Junction and Network modelling and pedestrian, cycle and bus priority schemes.



The role requires a good understanding of industry software such as ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG and SATURN.



Any candidates with experience working with PEDROUTE, PAXROUTE and / or VISSIM are highly sought after, though not entirely essential.
